We haven't been lucky enough to get pregnant yet, So for now I have my four legged babies. Buster is the Biggest "baby" Also our first "born" We got him while I was on a leave from work not long after moving here, the pressure of a new family, A new store and being away from my friends and family and well everything caused a small re-occurring bout of depression (which would later be found to be Bi-polar II) Anyway back to buster, we went to the animal shelter to see what they had, I of course only ever having small dogs in my life was looking for a small lap dog. As we walked around the cages, Seeing the dogs, mostly mixed breeds labeled as "pitbull" I think that is just the breed they give to most mixed breed dogs now days. Frank became fast friends with a cute dog named Diego, I wasn't quite sold yet. We took him out and played with him and walked him and decided to fill out the paper work and adopt him. While we filled out the forms we found out that he had to be Fixed before we could take him home and it would be three days before he could come home. We decided that the name Diego just wasn't him, he asked about his name and his story- Diego was the name the workers at the shelter had given him and that he was found wandering the streets not too far from the shelter. No one claimed him, he was skinny but a very loving pup. He was scheduled to be put to sleep the following day if he couldn't find his forever home. Well he did find his home and he got a name new, Buster Gob Ellingsworth, which just fits him perfect. We borrowed his name from the TV show Arrested Development, which we were watching at the time. The Character of Buster was one of our favorites, Sweet guy who just never got a chance to grow up and is always kinda a little off. Thats our Buster, when he runs his backside is just always a little off the rest of him.
