Stop this Ride I want to get off!
So I went back to work after my fall two weeks ago, it was good because I was getting restless and needed to get back to my "normal" life. Things were same as always and I was welcomed back with hugs and smiles! I worked my four day rotation and was very ready for my days off. I came home Friday morning and we stayed awake for a few hours and went to bed about 11am. I had a hard time falling asleep so I took my muscle relaxers and sleeping pills and finally fell asleep. Frank woke me up at around 7pm to let me know my phone had rung and it was one of my Shift Managers had called. I didn't feel right and had a migraine starting, so I went back to sleep. I woke an hour later and listened to the message, "Hey its Dee call me when you get a minute, and its not bad so don't worry" I called him back and it was a schedule issue so we figured it out and I talked to frank and let him know that I was getting a migraine so I was going to take some pills and get more sleep. I felt dizzy and nauseous so I took another pill for that issue. Woke the next day to no migraine but still a little dizzy. I chalked it up to a stomach virus and spent the next two days sick with my hubby who was also having the same issues. Monday came and it was back to work for me. I went to work and felt pretty good, that was until 4am. The room started spinning, my skin started getting clammy, sweat was pouring from my forehead. I put my head on the counter in the office. Mumtaz walked in and opened the door, I had no color in my face and he told me to stay in the office until I felt better. An hour later I was better and back to running all over the store making sure everything was perfect. At 7am I went to the office to get a drink of water not feeling quite right. I got my water bottle and sat down. The next thing I knew Jac was asking me if I was ok? telling me that I was shaking and had no color. He asked me if he needed to call 911. "No, No, I need to calm down, its too hot" is all I remember saying. I handed Jac my phone and said call Frank. Missy went and got me a few wet paper towels and some pretzels, maybe I needed to eat. Since I had the car Jac went to pick up frank. He came and took me home. I ate something and felt better. Ok maybe it was low blood sugar, I haven't been eating allot since loosing weight. Mumtaz called and said Dee wants you to take tonight off and work for me next week. Sweet I could get some much needed sleep. Went to sleep and woke feeling ok, sat with frank in the living room and was playing with the computer. Frank looked at me and said "are you ok?" "No not really" "Get dressed we are going to the ER" Oh goodie just where I want to go, but at the same time I am getting worried as to why I was still feeling sick. Six hours later and many, many tests and iv's later the doctor says I want to keep you here for 24 hours just in case you pass out again. I had passed out in the ER once. I was given the diagnosis of Vertigo. Given pills and fluids and an uncomfortable bed. Friday my doctor said "you need to go for tests and I am not letting you work for a week, because what if this happens while you are at work again? Or while you are driving and you black out and god forbid kill yourself or someone else." Oh there is a positive thought Thanks Doctor Triapathy. Its now Sunday and I still feel like a kid who just spun around in their parents office chair in one direction and then stood up. Or like a few years ago at the Fair, I was convinced to go on a ride that I had never had any interest in going on.

| The Ride, The Worst Ride EVER. |
The spinning Oh the spinning. I was crying the whole time and was never so glad to get off a ride in my whole life. I was so sick that after we got off I had to run behind another ride in front of the church the fair was at and vomit. This is now what I am living with until they figure out what is causing it. I am sure its my Ears having issues again, so hopefully we can figure it out soon as I can't stand it, the pills make me so tired I am asleep within minutes of taking them or they make me feel like I am crawling out of my skin. I just for once want to feel good with no problems. So will someone please stop this spinning ride because I want to get off!!!
